Our homes are designed to provide you with years of worry free living.  Structurally, the homes from our factory come with a 10 year warranty. 

On the exterior, we use as standard products:

• 30 years architectural roofing shingles by Certainteed
• Certainteed Monogram Vinyl Siding with a Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Azek or equivalent trim with a 25 year limited warranty
• Aluminum and/or vinyl soffits and fascia
• Seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts
• PVC trim around the entry doors
• Vinyl windows with a 20 year insulated glass warranty
