Thank you for stopping by!  We have been building homes for people in the New England area since 1971 on both a modular, pre cut and a site-built basis.  If your project is not viable for modular construction, we will tell you so and offer a standard “stick-built” alternative.  We are also experienced in Restaurant, Motel, Warehouse and Apartment construction.  We are EPA certified nationally.  Our construction will always meet the state building codes and in fact, we usually exceed them.

 

Modular homes contain much more in the way of structural materials than site built homes.  Please take a look at our standard plans page, keeping in mind that we are able to design a completely custom modular home with your individual specifications. 

Our modular homes are “Prestaged” in the factory before they are shipped to your site.  This means that the home is fully erected and inspected for compliance to the plans.  Then it is shrink-wrapped for shipment.  This extra step in the construction process insures that the home is built to our high standards and will go together properly once it reaches your home site.  We also are very critical of our foundation contractor.  If he sets the foundation properly then the home will go up properly.  Everything else that follows becomes easy.

We will work with you to save expenses starting with the design process thru the options selection stages.  We will do as much or as little of the construction as you wish in order to utilize your abilities to get some of the site work accomplished.  However we reserve the right to reject any contractor that isn’t properly licensed and insured.  All work done under our license must be properly performed to today’s building codes.

Finally we will take the time to stand by you through all steps of the construction process including permitting, financing and design and occupancy.  However the more work that you do on your project the more expense you will save.
